Richard Perrott (1584 - 19 Dec 1641)
Clergyman. Admitted as a pensioner to Sidney Sussex College in April 1603, proceeding as B.A. 1604-5 and as M.A. in 1608, then B.D. in 1614. He was ordained deacon (London) on 31 May 1607 and served as vicar of Hessle, Yorkshire, 1615-1641, vicar of Hull, 1615, and Prebend of York, 1626-1641. He was author of a sermon, Jacobs Vowe, or The True Historie of Tithes (Cambridge, 1627, second. ed. 1640) (Venn and Venn, vol. 3, pt. 1, p. 349).
