Description of institution: Identification and geo-location uncertain. Sibbald's reference could possibly be to Hamilton High Parks or Old Oaks, South East of Hamilton, "one of two Scottish mediaeval deer forests" extant (D.W. Collins, et al. "Thysanoptera caught by emergence trapping from oak trees at Hamilton High Parks, South Lanarkshire, including Hoplothrips semicaecus (Uzel) new to Scotland."
