Jo[] Hunter ( - fl. 1723)

A Mr. Hunter dedicated an account of his voyage "to Canada and Quebec" in 1713 (in manuscript) to Thoresby (Diary I.279). In another entry, he refers to "the printer, Mr. Hunter" (I.360). Twice Thoresby mentions visiting a Mr. Hunter, in 1720 and 1723. Relevant locations: Visited Canada, North America
