A Catalogue of Many Natural Rarities (Authorial, print 1664) A Right Eagle Stone, it is true Calcedonyan stone, but like a lump of Gumme Tragacant; it was the Kings of Marrocco, it is a precious stone that is very Rare: for that King permits none in his countrey to have any of them but himself, as a token of his royalty, but yet gives them to eminent persons, as a mark of his great favour.
