David Noble ( - 1709)

VDM: verbi divini minister (Minister of the Divine Word) in Ralph Thoresby's annotation. Noble preached at Topcliffe and Kipping, Thornton, Yorkshire (1673-74); was schoolmaster at Morley, Yorkshire; chaplain to Thomas Woolhouse, Glaspwell, Derbyshire (1678-?); ordained as a Presbyterian 1681; and preached at Heckmondwike (Upper Chapel), 1686-1709.
