Thomas Cockman (1675 - 1745)

Clergyman, academic, university administrator, Doctor of Divinity. Probably the Thomas Cockman who visited Thoresby's museum on 26 June 1705. Thoresby added "Coll: Univ: Soc Oxon" to Cockman's guestbook entry. Cockman matriculated at University College in 1692 and was a Fellow of the college from 1701–1713 before becoming Master of the college in 1729.
