John Kendall ( - d. 1501)

Of the Norfolk or perhaps Yorkshire family, he was administrator and prior of the hospital of St. John of Jerusalem in England. He was appointed ‘Turcopolier,’ or general of infantry, to the Knights of St. John in 1477, but probably was not present at the siege of Rhodes in 1480.
