Henry Barham (1670? - 1726)

Botanist, traveling to Spain, Madras, and Jamaica. Elected fellow of the Royal Society in November 1717. Around 1716, he settled in Chelsea where he focused on cultivating silkworms and the manufacturing silk, publishing his Observations on the Produce of the Silkworm and of Silk in England in 1719. He is listed as a benefactor of Salter's museum.
