ing punctually at 12 o’Clock.

Churchyard, who sells by Commission Estates, Medals,
Books, Pictures, Curiosities, Stocks in Trade, and Hous-
hold Furniture. 02 Conditions of SALE I. THEThe highest Bidder is the Buyer; and if
any Dispute shall arise between Two or
more Bidders, the Lot in Dispute is to be put up
again, or decided by the Majority of the Company.
II. No Person to advance less than Sixpence
under a Pound; above a Pound, One Shilling;
above Five Pounds, Two Shillings and Sixpence;
and so in Proportion.
III. Each Person to pay down Five Shillings in
the Pound, as Earnest, in Part of Payment for
each Lot they buy; and to give in his Name and
Place of Abode, if required.
IV. The Lots to be taken away, with all
Faults, at the Buyer's Expence; and the Re-
mainder of the Purchase-Money to be paid on the
Delivery, within Two Days after the Sale; other-
wise the Money deposited is to be forfeited, and
the Lots uncleared to be sold, by public or
private Sale, and the Deficiencies (if any) to be
made good by the First Purchasers. Those Gentlemen who cannot attend the Sale,
may depend on having their Commissions faithfully
and punctually executed by Their obedient humble Servant,

II. No Person to advance less than Sixpence

above Five Pounds, Two Shillings and Sixpence;

III. Each Person to pay down Five Shillings in
